What the enquiry form collects
Name, email, role, optional sport/team context and the message you submit. Use the form only if you are 18 or older, including a parent, guardian or team representative. Do not include medical records, health histories, financial account details or other sensitive information.
GRITARMOR Jump video uploads
When you choose a video in the GRITARMOR Jump web app, the file is analyzed locally in your browser and a copy is also uploaded to private GRITARMOR server storage. The stored record can include the original file name, file type, file size, upload time, technical hash and a random upload identifier. The video itself may contain identifiable people. Only upload footage that you are authorized to submit; where minors or other people are visible, the uploader is responsible for having the appropriate permission or other lawful basis.
Jump videos are not published at a public URL and are stored outside the public web directory. The current retention period is up to 90 days. Expired files are removed by the upload maintenance routine. The upload interface provides a deletion control for the current stored copy, and a deletion request can also be sent to teams@gritarmor.com with the upload identifier.
The purpose of storage is to provide the requested upload function, support troubleshooting, and allow measurement-quality review and validation of the GRITARMOR Jump system. The upload is chunked so large phone videos do not depend on a single PHP file-upload request. Video contents are not written into the application error log.
Purpose, delivery and retention
Enquiry information is used to respond to your enquiry and manage relevant business or research conversations, not for advertising or automatic mailing-list enrollment. Submitted enquiries are retained in a non-public server directory for up to 90 days; expired local records are purged when the form or maintenance routine next runs. An email notification may also be sent to the team mailbox and follows that mailbox's separately managed correspondence retention. Server acceptance of email is not confirmation of inbox delivery.
Security and minimal measurement
The enquiry form uses a necessary session cookie, a request-verification token, input validation and abuse controls. GRITARMOR Jump video upload uses a separate same-site session token, randomized server-side file identifiers, private file permissions and server-side file/type checks. Application error logs record technical metadata such as error type, browser, route, file type and file size, but not the video content. Hosting infrastructure may keep standard access logs under its own operational policy.
External sources and browser storage
Opening external links connects to the named publisher or database. On-site PubMed/ClinicalTrials.gov searches send public search terms through this server to the selected database and may cache results for six hours. Never search private patient information. Legacy multilingual pages may store a language preference on your device. The new pages load no new third-party analytics, advertising scripts or external fonts.
Your choices
You can email the team instead of using the enquiry form. Ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry or a stored Jump video by contacting teams@gritarmor.com; reasonable verification may be needed. We do not sell enquiry information or automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
